How to log into Firefly - Parents

To login to firefly you will need to activate your account using the contact email that we have on record for you.

1) Please activate your firefly account here

2) Type in your email address and select activate account. An email will be sent to your email account with an activation link.

If you don't receive an email please check it didn't go into your junk folder. Messages are sent from gateway-client-468@ffmsg.com. Your email address will be the same one we have on record for you. Please speak to the school office if you need to update your email address.

4) Click on the link to activate your account and type in a password. It must have:

• 8 characters or more
• A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
• At least one number
• At least one symbol (not a letter or a number)

You can use spaces in passwords.

5) You are now logged into Firefly.
